New Instant Pot Duo Nova

The Instant Pot Duo Nova is the newest offering from Instant Pot . This new Instant Pot model  includes all of the features and settings of the original Instant Pot Duo, but adds a new screen that gives you cooking status, and an upgraded lid with an automatic seal pressure valve. 

Initial reviews of the Duo Nova are good and Amazon lists it as a 9 in 1 pot instead of 7 in 1.  I hope to get my hands on one soon to review.  You can get it on Amazon.

Another good model is the Instant Pot Ultra 10 in 1.  I need to update my comparison chart and review to account for these new Instant Pot models and rewrite my reviews, as the chart has gotten outdated. I plan to work on that over the next week.
